Repeat Prescriptions

medication6Patients on regular medication do not always need to see the doctor for a repeat of their medicines. You will be issued with a computer slip attached to your prescription. This should be returned to the surgery when you need further medication after ticking the items you require. Sometimes you may be asked to come in and see the doctor or nurse.

All prescription requests must be made in person by writing or by fax on 01743 244581 or online via the practice website.

Please allow two full working days for your prescription to be processed. Prescriptions will be posted to you if you provide a stamped, addressed envelope.

Patients on long-term medication are asked to consult the doctor at six-monthly intervals for a check of their medication.
